Tittel: Specialist Engineer – Project Lead
Bli kjent med Jefferson WellsAre you an experienced and highly skilled engineer with a passion for leading successful projects? We are seeking a Specialist Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of Project Engineering experience to join our client in Halden or Oslo, Norway.
As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing engineering in the assigned project(s) and ensuring that engineering is delivered on time, on budget, with required quality and within agreed specifications and requirements. You will support the tender group with technical requirements/solutions, IDC and risk evaluation, and ensure that project engineering and SOW is delivered according to contract and internal guidelines.
You will be responsible for cable delivery at all stages from design to delivery/installation, ensuring that the engineering process is in accordance with the Project Execution Model, and following up on project engineering budget for your discipline, including cost vs progress/time schedule. You will facilitate engineering status meetings for your discipline and report Engineering status/progress to Project Manager/Engineering Manager.
To be successful in this role, you should have a BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Lead with required multi-discipline knowledge. You should also have leadership qualities, including being proactive, determined, accountable, and possessing good communication and cooperation skills. You should be fluent in English (oral and written) and have good general knowledge in project engineering systems and tools.
